More details to this question:
my daughter is 12 years old and I'm never had to pay child support... I think now she's getting warfare and waffles taking me to court..... what will happen

If she is receiving welfare, the state may institute child suppport proceedings as a matter of course. That being said, support can only go back to the date of filing, so you won't be responsible for the first 12 or so years of your daughter's life.
