More details to this question:
I pay my ex wife child support each month. She is demanding I pay half of a winter jacket in addition to the support I already give her. My question is shouldn't the money to pay for the winter jacket come out of the child support? We live in Pennsylvania.

Unless your support order specifies you must share cost for clothes (they almost always do not), you do not have to share the cost of the coat.
