More details to this question:
I have sole physical custody of my son. My ex husband hasn't payed child support in 4 weeks. Per dor he owes 890.00. I have full custody. He has visitation only. He should not be able to get visitation if he hasn't paid. What do I do

I suggest you file a contempt on the child support issue. Do not withhold visitation unless the court order states that visits are subject to him being current on support (very unlikely).
