child support

More details to this question:
petitioned to lower child support due to emmancipation. custodial parent now asking for medical and education expenses she incurred the past few years. apparently i am liable for 74% from the divorce stipulation. no receipts for any of these expenses just all typed up into a document.

Hopefully your divorce stipulation sets out that you must consent to the expenses and be presented with a receipt before you are liable for these. If they are old, and she never presented receipts, then you shouldn't have to pay. You may want to consult an attorney about your rights.    Good luck!
