my son hit my wife 1 year ago he was 17,he left but he just came back to live with me and my wife again the deal is I take him to school and after school he goes to his mom house until I get off of work, Saturdays when I work he stays with his mom, iam wan to go for child support would this arrangement interfere with me want to get child support? and also I want to ask for back child support too

For child support purposes it matters where the child sleeps overnight.
