child support and custody

More details to this question:
I am married and i have a child out of wedlock. The father and i have a joint custody order. He wants to pay support, do i still have to eliminate my husband? Because me and the childs father already haveca custody agreement?

If by "eliminate" you husband, you mean have him killed, then the answer is definitely a resounding NO.  Not only is this wrong, but you could go to jail for a long time.  Otherwise, I have no idea what you are talking about.
