I have never been in my son’s life due to incarceration. He’s 4. Since my release, I have been to court once for custody/visitation in order to be able to get to know my son. I just started paying child support this month. We have mediation coming up. My question is... will I also be responsible for daycare? He’s in VPK 3 hours a day but hes there from 8am-4pm & she does not have

You will be responsible for a portion of the child care cost if the Mother uses it for employment or educational purposes.
