QUESTION

Child support and polygamy

Asked on Nov 09th, 2017 on Family Law - Utah
More details to this question:
My ex wife was awarded sole physical custody of my son about 9 years ago. I was ordered to pay child support. Since then, I got married to a woman who already had a child and we went on to have 4 more children together. My ex wife got a "spiritual marriage" to a married man. This man is living with two "wives" and 7 children. He and my ex had two. In all of those years, there has never been a modification to child support. I'm self employed and my ex wife is also self employed. I own a business with my current wife in a 51%/49% split. My personal income would then be 51% of the gross company income minus expenses, correct? My wifes income would be listed as 49% of the same amount, correct? The ex's income would be calculated in a simillar fashion, I'm assuming. So that leaves the ex's spouse's income. How do I list that? They aren't legally married, but they are cohabitaing with shared children. And what about his other wife? Does her income need to be calculated with the spouse's?
