         You say you overpaid, but you do not say how this occurred?  You would have to petition the court to have the overpayment returned.  But be cautious, however.  What you think was an overpayment may not be viewed so in the Court's eyes.  There are a myriad of circumstances that a lay person may perceive as an overpayment that may not be viewed as such by the court.  Best of luck, Cindy S.
