Child support from extra paycheck during 5 week months?

More details to this question:
Is child support due from extra paycheck during 5 week months? My monthly obligation is 540 and 270 came out of the firsttwo paychecks of this month. I pay privately and have never been asked for mpney from the 3rd paycheck until today. Please help.

Generally, child support is "per month," not per week.  The number of weeks or days is irrelevant.  If you pay your per month obligation, you are likely fine.  Check your child support order to make sure there isn't anything odd or different about your particular order.  Best wishes!
