Child Support Lien without notice

More details to this question:
On January 4th my bank account was levy without any notice causing hardships unable to pay my bills food or clothing my account was frozen and was able to have access to any funds. I’m unable to do anything because I have no money. I am a permanent disabled veteran unwilling to find work that will accommodate with my disabilities. I receive disability compensation due to my service connected disability happening while I was servicing the military. My honorable discharge was May 29th 2013. As soon a I had to leave the military I was ordered to pay back pay on child support when initially I supported while in the military there wasn’t an order through any legal system because we had an verbal agreement while I was serving. (Never married) However I provided medical and monetization. Since then I’ve had hard time keep a steady job in order to provide support because of decrease in income. This has cause me great mental stress and physical stress what are my options?
