More details to this question:
Should I expect the judge to increase my child support, because my daughter is going to college and I have had an increase in salary?

Mr. Fernandez: The answer to your question is ..it depends. There are certain facts that will determine your liability to pay for your daughters college. Basic child support does not cover education.
