Child support modification twice in 2 years?

More details to this question:
My ex and I modified our child support agreement significantly upward about 12 months ago. Now she would like to have it increased again and is filing a motion for change of circumstances. The only change I'm aware of is that her lease is up in two months. Would this be grounds for a significant change of circumstances? Is there any way to fight her petition? We are in NY.

There is always a way to fight to contest the allegations, in this case change of circumstances. Lease being up can raise red flags, and can also come in your benefits as well.
