Child Support Modificaton

I am seeking assistance in a downward modification on child support. After several attempts and battling with the magistrate for years to obtain this it's been kicked out for the silliest of reasons and I feel like I cannot get a fair shake without having legal representation. As a result I am in arrears of 28k and it is only growing. My income barely affords me to provide for me and my son as it is. Thank you in advance for your time and attention to this matter.
