served papers to appear in court to stop child support on 22 year old son and autistic 21 year old son both bdays in december. would like to know if diabled son that i need to care for probably for the rest of my life does father have to contibiute to his care after his age 21? he gets ssi

Child support can not be required past the age of 21. However, if you have a support agreement with the father requiring him to pay beyond that, it could possibly be enforced. Speak to a local County DSS worker, perhaps he can be put on medicaid and you can apply for guardianship.
