More details to this question:
Hello. I have 3 children. Support is deducted for my first child automatically. My second child lives with his mom, who chooses not to work. we currently do not have an order, but I have been depositing money into an account I created for them for quite a long time. I am married (4 years now) and my wife and I also have a child together. I guess my question is: Are my other children taken into account when computing support? If my second child's mother, chooses not to work, is a zero entered, or is it adjusted to show she can work, but chooses not to? thank you

When child support is calculated, your other childdren living with you, or your other children for which you actualy pay support are taken into account. The other parent's "other children" can also be taken into account, etc. The other person's ability to work should be taken into account also but then implying that they have "income" may also result in implying that they have "work related child care."
