Are you on the birth certificate? If so, per the Nevada Supreme Court's decision just last month in Druckman, then you have exactly equal rights with the mother. Either way, if matters between you have broken down, your best best is to confer with a family law specialist, and get an action on file to establish formal custody and support orders. See:
