I'm in family court with my ex regarding our 11yr old daughter. The judge for the case was also the drug court judge that my ex participated in.The judge seems to favor her because of this. Is there a conflict of interest?

It is not a conflict of interest. However, when you say "participated in" - does that mean that she was court staff or an attorney working there?
