Currently I have a custody order in place, but father won’t allow mother to see during stay at home order. Child is being left home alone, being taken to other family members houses. If I file a contempt could it hold up.

The Court has made it clear that Covid is not a reason to suspend parenting plans. In matters, as described above, the court has entertained emergency hearings to enforce the parenting plan.
