QUESTION

Cosigner Removal

Asked on Jan 20th, 2017 on Divorce - Utah
More details to this question:
I have been divorced from my ex wife for almost 2 years. We did the divorce online and split everything evenly. I stipulated what my debt was and what hers was in the divorce papers. We verbally agreed that I would give her time to get the car refinanced into her name (max 6 months) but she still has not. She is making the payments but is late on them and is hurting my credit. Is there any options for me to legally be able to make her to get the loan out of my name?
