Could I be a violation if my kids’ mom ignores my calls and text's to have kids call me?

She purposely ignores my calls and request to have them call me when she's mad at me. She even says she blocks my number for the night. I'm calling PD the next day to log CAD #'s, is this ok for now? It's been 2 violations so far. Court order reads: "The children may have telephone access to either parent at reasonable times for reasonable durations."

It depends upon if your are being reasonable. If she allowed contact earlier in the day or even the day before then she is probably fine. If the kids are old enough you should get them your own line.
