Could I decrease alimony pay to my ex in NJ because she is living with her boysfriend?

More details to this question:
I almost divorced for 4 years. My ex lives with her boyfriend and my kids. She might be also renting the basement to her nephew. At least, he is helping with the rent and paying utilities. Therefore, she is making more money that she establish on her taxes. Do I have the right to decrease the alimony I pay her?
