My dad had a one night stand with this woman. After finding out he had a daughter, he had a year with her until the mom ran off for ten years. By the time she was found, the daughter already knew another guy as her dad. The biological father signed away his rights. Now the girl lives with her grandparents because the "dad" couldn't handle her. Is there anyway the biological father could get his rights back?
