Im married to a girl but were separated im a girl to . we had a baby together and our daughter will be 2 in jan we didnt get married till after our daughter was 3 months old . we argree that our sperm donor would be involved just by helping us with anything that the baby needs . but now me and my wife separated and she doesnt want me involved in our kids life she says that shes the only parent when that kid is mine too regarless if i didnt birth her. Can someone help me take her to court get half custody something? The sperm donor never sign a paper for us either so he didnt give his rights up his willing to help me
