I have custody of my daughter who is going to be 4 years old and the dad has supervise visitation he only shows up when he wants to. I had to put a protection order on him because he wanted to start a fight with his dad in front of his daughter when they were doing the supervise visit. Him and his wife always r drunk and hitting each other and she is also pregnant and they also have an open dss investigation on them I go to court on the 21 of this month what should I try and go for I’m tired of always getting custed at please help me
