QUESTION

Custody

Asked on Dec 30th, 2018 on Child Custody - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
So the custody papers say on the even year that mom gets kids from 2pm Christmas eve till 2pm Christmas day. Dad gets the second part from 2pm Christmas day till 6pm on the 29th. The 29th in on Saturday of dads weekend. Dads weekend ends at 6pm on Sunday. The custody paper does not say anything dated further than the 29th. So at 6pm on the 29th wouldn't the time go back to the normal custody agreement? Wouldn't it still be dads time till Sunday at 6pm?

Generally, the holiday schedule reverts back to the usual schedule at the end of the holiday custody period.  Therefore, after 6:00 p.m. on the 29th, the usual custody schedule will be in effect.
