I share joint custody of my nine year old son with my ex-husband who has primary residency. Latley my son states he wants to live with me because he is not getting along with his step sister who is much older then him. He claims that she is bulling him. I have tried to speak to his father but he refuses to listen. Can my son come live with me and will the court listen to the wants of a nine year old?

A nine year old's desires are not disregarded, but they're also not given that much weight. You can file a petition with the Family Court - but it isn't an easy process.
