my daughters father lives 2 hours away, and we are not married, or have been. he is however listed on her birth certificate. ive been wondering what kind of custody agreement id be faced with. would we have joint custody. or would i be able to have full custody of my daughter based on the distance and his financial situation. also, since he is listed on the birth certificate does he have any custody rights as of now even though we arent married. or does he need a custody agreement for his rights to be in action.
