Both parents agree to the terms of 50/50 parenting. Both parents will have custody one month at a time then drop off in a central location to their residence. There is a child involved that does not belong to the dad but he has been there since birth. He would also like to have the child drawn up in the paperwork as well. again both are in agreeance with this. both children will be with onepaent during major holidays and swap the next year for holidays.

If this arrangement is truly by agreement, one of you should hire an attorney to draft the terms. You will still need to convince the judge that such an arrangement is in the best interests of the children. In addition, you will need to file 2 differenct lawsuits, one of the divorce/custody of the child of the marriage, and a separate one for the other child.
