More details to this question:
Ok ex husband has full custody I faithfully pay him $271 every 2 weeks. And I also don't understand how by me dropping my oldest son from child support they raised it but anyway I barely get to talk to the boys they live in Arizona he came up here a couple weeks ago to do some stuff or something out of storage and was here long enough to get a hotel room but never stop by so I could see the boys everyone keeps telling me to take him back to court to get the amount of child support lowered because after that gets taken out of my pay I'm left with almost nothing sometimes and I barely get to talk to them

Your question is one for a divorce lawyer / family law attorney.  That said, I do know that child support cannot be modified retroactively so if the circumstances have changed that will affect the amount of support being paid (it is a formula) then filing a motion to request it be modified is important to do as soon as possible.  The fact he did not have the courtesy to let you know the children were close by so you could see them is disturbing, BUT if the custody papers do not require him to let you know such things, he has legally done nothing wrong probably.
