I am trying to find out if my 7-day discovery request includes weekends. I am the Plaintiff in a Palm Coast, Florida (Flagler County) case and the Defendant's attorney is requesting my evidence but does the 7-day timeframe includs weekend - the discovery request says 7 days, not 7 business days

Anything 7 days and under, you count business days only. Anything over 7 days you count calendar days.
