Since we also got civil marriage many years ago at NY, my question is, how can I get civil divorce from him while I’m in Israel? Thank you

In order to get a divorce in New York, one of you must have been living in New York for at least a year prior to the commencement of the divorce. Based on the facts you gave, you won't be file for divorce in New York unless one of you is willing to move back to New York and live there for a year.
