More details to this question:
I’m wanna get a divorce with my wife . We both live in a house with 2 kids Our name is on the house and we owe 298000 on it still My question what happens to the house? Cause I still want it and I wanna live in it ? Also if she has to live there with the kids do I have to pay the mortgage? And if I do help pay mortgage do I still have to pay child support?
