I'm in the middle of a bitter divorce. I have a CPO that states that he had 7 days to remove what he wanted from the house which he did not. It expired in July but I had it renewed. Can he still get his stuffed if he did not come and get it.

Probably not, but as long as you have it it's going to be a source of tension. Talk with a third party and find a way to get him his belongings to resolve the issue.
