You can retain a lawyer anywhere in NJ presently since most lawyers are meeting with their clients through Zoom teleconference technology and most courts are still proceeding through zoom for court proceedings as well. But, if you are more comfortable working with a local lawyer, then look for divorce lawyers in your county.
