More details to this question:
I have been married for 10 months and we are both considering divorce. I want to know what the law says about our situation in terms of potential alimony/assets, etc. Me: Annual Income 150k from LLC I own and manage (created in 2018), Considerable assets prior to marriage (life insurance, investments, primary residence, cash (all in my name), 2 adult children Her: Annual income 75k from job, limited assets (approx 30k), 3 children (16,14,12) from previous husband that live with us 1/2 the week We have no joint accounts, assets are separate

Given the short duration of your marriage, alimony is not an issue. The broadstrokes answer to your question is that she is not going to be entitled to assets that you came into the marriage with.
