More details to this question:
I went to divorce court today.The judge didn't signe the divorce decree.Due to the fact the parenting course certificate was not present.Does this mean I am still married to my spouse?

Yes, you are still married to your spouse.  You are not divorced until the Judge signs the Final Decree of Divorce.  The Final Decree is not truly final and unappealable until 30 days after it is signed.  You must satisfy the Court and provide the Parent Education Course Completion Certificate for both you and your spouse and then approach the Court to grant the divorce and sign the Decree.
