To get a divorce under No Fault grounds (irretrievable breakdown) you need to have a breakdown in the marriage for at least 6 months. This means if you want a No Fault divorce, you will need to wait 5 months. If you want to start the process now, you could instead claim "cruel and inhuman treatment" as your reason for the divorce, as there is no time requirement for those grounds.
