Hi I will be filing for a divorce but, i need to ask a few questions, i do own a house which was bought during the house and last year my husband legally took his name off the deed and the mortgage, is he entitled to anything when I file for the divorce? can i get a uncontested divorce thanks marcia walker

You can get an uncontested divorce if you can agree with him on all issues and if both of you are willing to sign the appropriate documents. As to his entitlement to anything relating to the house, more information is needed.
