If you are married to a US Citizen, and after some years, you end up getting a Divorce, and when getting married, if there was no Prenuptial Agreement made, then is wife entitled to 50% of everything?

There is no strict 50/50 split. Equitable distribution will depend on a number of factors, invluding length of marriage, what each party brought into the marriage, work histroy, etc.
