Me and husband have been apart for 7 years but we are still married. I have 2 kods with my boyfriend and we want to buy a new house but he won't put my name on the house because he doesn't want my husband to have rights to the new home. My husband agreed to give me notarized paperwork saying he has no right to the home and that he put no money towards the new home but my boyfriend is still afraid and a divorce won't happen in 4 weeks so my question is, Is there any paperwork can I get fRon my husband to make sure he doesn't have rights to our new home? Oh and I don't work so I will not be putting my down on the down payment and the houae loan will.not be in my name

The paper you need to ensure your husband has no rights to any house you buy with your boyfriend is a divorce decree. I don't know how old your kids are, but I imagine they're not old enough to ask you why you're still married to a man who's not their dad. I don't blame your boyfriend for being nervous about putting your name on the house. An "agreement" to to not go after it signed by your husband might not be enforceable, and he might have a change of heart in the middle of a divorce, once he gets a lawyer. Divorce your husband. Then buy a house with your boyfriend. In that order.
