Can a decree be amended? My ex gets partial pension however railroad rules state that i if they remarry they no longer qualify. She has ssince remarried However rr says thier rule is not clear in the decree Do I have any options?

It's unlikely that the decree can be modified. One option is to bring a motion for clarification to the judge and have him/her rule on the pension issue.
