What is the life of a divorce filing without action? 6 years ago my wife filed for divorce in Massachusetts. We agreed at that time to wait on action. What is the statute of limitations on that filing if no action has taken place? I mean, can it still be active or does a new filing have to take place to move forward with the divorce
