My wife filed for divorce 2 months ago. We purchased our home March of 13 I was not on the deed or mortgage because I had a short sale. She listed the home without consulting me on a realtor or price . When she filed assets should be frozen. Can she do this?

Supplemental Probate and Family Court Rule 411 prohibits both parties from selling, transferring, concealing or otherwise disposing of real or personal property unless there is a written agreement of both parties or a court order. There are several other exception which do not appear to apply from the facts provided.
