divorce question

More details to this question:
I have been married since 2002 however been separated for 8years now since I am moved to the state. My spouse refused to come with me nor even got a passport, she nenevet talked to me since 2008 and now iam tired trying to work something out. I wanna fill a divorce not looking for any profit out of it. I am here in USA since 2007 and she is over there overseas. I don't know what to do except I am tired and it is the end of it.

If you have lived in Pennsylvania for at least 6 months, you can file for divorce. You will have to serve your spouse with the divorce papers. It's best if you have someone hand them to her and then sign an Affidavit of Service.
