Divorce sighting abandonment..

More details to this question:
I was brought up from South Carolina by my husband to see family and take care of a family matter.4 says later he called and said "you can stay,you seem happy there..since then we have spoken on the phone and he said he is bringing my things up and dropping them off..he has physically thretend me before and I am afraid..

You have to live in PA for 6 monrths before you can file for divorce here.  When you file for divorce, you don't need to state any reasons except that there are irreconcilable differences between you and your husband.  That means that you don't need to say that your husband has abandodned you - you only have to say that the marriage is over.
