My husband wants a divorce, I have received recently back arrears owed from child support from my first husband, is my present husband entitled to some of the child support money that was electronically deposited from child support into my personal bank account

As long as you have the paperwork that shows the moeny in the account was owed from your first husband, those funds will not be subject to distribution.
