More details to this question:
My sons father acknowledged paternity and is now taking me to court because he does not believe he is the father. 1. Can I deny them doing a paternity test? 2/ Will the courts allow it after him already acknowledging he is the father?

If there is an acknowledgment of paternity it would require exceptional circumstances for the court to order DNA. Also, if the child knows the person as his father the court is highly unlikely to order a test.
