QUESTION

Do i have to leave?

More details to this question:
after being the "non legally issued care taker" of my grandparents there absent son decides to show up after 7 years and remove them from there home. i have my own apartment in there house. there son put in an alarm system, locked all my belongings up saying everything his and put cameras all over the house. he also calls the police on me every time i come home. he wants me out and refuses accept my rent. he told me hes trying to build a case against me. and teaching me a grown up lesson. grandma got on the phone and told me i can stay. he got up set and went crazy. please help i spent all my savings fixing this house, i am a fulltime school student and just got over a TBI.

You should first determine if your grandparents are competent and can make their own decisions.  If they can, have them hire an attorney to protect you and your interest, as well as themselves.  they could appoint you as their caregiver, and give you the legal authority to act on their behalf.
