My sons father filled for taxes and the taxes came to me as child support but the IRS took it back and now the child support division is coming after me for the money. Is the something that I am going to have to pay back?

Those facts are not clear, but if you did not actually get to keep the money, it is hard to see how you could owe it to someone else under any circumstances.
